Hailey Hooke

Hailey Hooke is a graduate from the University of Manitoba’s, Asper School of Business where she completed her Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) Degree with a major in Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management. 

 

Upon graduation, Hailey accepted a position at Manitoba Film and Music as the Tax Credit and Development Analyst.  Over the course of her two years in the role, she was personally responsible for vetting over $250 million in film production, representing a marked increase in activity relative to historical volumes. 

 

Keen to pursue a more entrepreneurial role, Hailey joined Juno Food Labs, a Winnipeg based agriculture startup that has created BUMP Beef + Plant Blend, a hybrid meat product targeting flexitarians.  In this capacity she has worked closely with the founder over the course of the last 24 months to develop the product offering, and to coordinate all facets of a successful market introduction; including market research, branding, packaging, production, customer interface (both retailer and end user) and continued research and development.
