Tiffany Creaghe-Harder

Tiffany graduated from the University of Manitoba in 2006 with a Bachelor of Arts in economics.
Upon graduation, Tiffany accepted a role with the Province of Manitoba and spent the next 10 years working in various administrative roles with provincial ministers, elected representatives, civil servants, external stakeholders, and the public. Just before the government fell in 2016, she organized a province-wide, pre-budget consultation and oversaw the development of the 2016 Economic and Fiscal Outlook.
Subsequently, she transitioned to an administrative role at the University of Manitoba in the Marketing Communications Office where she directly supported the Associate Vice-President and led a team of two other admin staff who directly supported three directors and indirectly supported a team of approximately 45.
In 2018, Tiffany moved to Economic Development Winnipeg as the Executive Assistant to the President & CEO where she manages the CEO’s calendar, correspondence and special projects as well as being the primary liaison for the EDW private-sector-led board. She and an assistant support an executive team of 5 and execute on overall office management.
Tiffany is a Dakota woman from Long Plain First Nation. In 2021, she joined the board of her local community centre where she serves as a Special Events Director.
